From my first outpatient appointment Mr Ramsay instilled a feeling of confidence.. He explained everything clearly. My follow up appointments were as reassuring. On the day of my surgery he made me feel calm, I'd been extremely anxious about what was to happen but his obvious knowledge, experience and skill put me at my ease. I woke from the operation feeling on top of the world. I cannot praise,or thank, Mr. Ramsay enough for his treatment. He is an expert in his field.

From the beginning Mr Ramsay talked through the whole procedure giving me confidence in his care. He has a calm and warm nature with shiny of joviality. He then came to visit me late at night and again early morning. He works very long hours but the quality of care is outstanding. Thank you Mr Ramsay.

Mr Ramsay was very efficient and explained everything I needed to know. As I am a Jehovah's witness and do not accept blood transfusions, he was understanding and considerate of my religious beliefs and upheld my wishes. After my surgery he visited me three times and I felt that although a very busy person took the aftercare of his patients seriously. I will have to meet with him again as I was diagnosed with cancer of the womb but I feel that any suggestions he gives me will be for my benefit.
